A growing pharmaceutical/ OTC company based in Princeton NJ is seeking a Director of Sales. (Opportunity to work Hybrid)
This role is responsible for leading the OTC Sales team in planning and delivering sustainable growth in revenue and profitability across key national and regional retailers.
Understanding customer needs, market research and forecasting and new product launch planning are key components of this role.

Requirements:
-8+ years' sales experience selling branded/ generic OTC/ pharmaceuticals
-Private Label and OTC experience required
-Previous experience calling on retailers
-BA or equivalent
