Natural Channel Manager
A Global Beverage Manufacturer based in Bergen County, NJ is seeking a results-driven Natural Channel Manager to lead growth across key retail partners including Whole Foods, Sprouts, UNFI, and KEHE. This role is central to accelerating presence in the natural channel, driving profitable sales, and building strategic partnerships with retailers and brokers.
You’ll own the full business for your accounts—from sales planning and trade investment to forecasting and P&L performance—while collaborating cross-functionally to unlock growth across both in-store and eCommerce channels.
Own and deliver net sales, trade spend, and forecast accuracy across Natural/Specialty accounts
Build and execute joint business plans with retailers, distributors, and brokers
Expand distribution and improve promotional effectiveness across the portfolio
Manage trade budgets and optimize ROI using revenue growth management principles
Lead and develop talent, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented team
5+ years of CPG sales experience (mix of direct selling and internal roles)
3+ years working with Natural/Specialty retailers or distributors (e.g., Whole Foods, Sprouts, UNFI, KEHE)
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, trade spend, and forecasting
Proven ability to build relationships and drive results with brokers and retail partners
Bachelors Degree
