A global consumer products company is seeking a Marketing Lead to join its Marketing team based in Bergen County New Jersey. (Hybrid Remote) This position leads a small team responsible for portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, communications, and P&L oversight to accelerate brand penetration and outperform market growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Analyze brand performance using syndicated data and shopper insights
• Support brand rejuvenation and partner co-marketing
• Monitor P&L, track market performance, diagnose share shifts, and recommend strategic actions
• Lead product and packaging innovation while partnering cross-functionally to deliver growth-driving insights

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of consumer products marketing experience
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Success in managing Brand P&Ls
• People Management experience
• Hands-on experience with syndicated data tools
• Bachelor’s degree
