Project Management Associate is accountable for working projects by organizing meetings and
coordinating follow-ups with internal and external project stakeholders across the globe. The
projects would include R&D, site transfers, technology transfers, site transfers, and any source
variation. Coordinate shipment of innovator samples. Perform business analysis and create term
sheets as required. This individual will report into Director, Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead 3rd-party projects end-to-end, including vendor follow-up and internal deliverables.
Support India team with Bion approvals/documentation.
Organize global meetings, publish notes/action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
Maintain project schedules, track critical paths, and update weekly project tracker.
Identify/escalate issues to stakeholders and facilitate resolutions.
Conduct lessons learned sessions post-project completion.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations
• 2 to 3 years of prior generics pharmaceutical project management and analysis experience
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple site teams
• Ability to work with collaborative project management tools
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Office applications including Visio, MS Project
