Own the front line of customer service and service operations for equipment and cleaning distributor. Manage the service department department, coordinate repairs, and keep commercial customers running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary customer contact for service, repairs, parts, and equipment needs

  • Schedule repairs with technicians and provide timely updates on timelines/status

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues; recommend services, parts, or replacements

  • Oversee service counter, technicians, inventory, and work orders

  • Drive retail sales of parts, detergents, and equipment

  • Maintain organized showroom/service area and accurate records

  • Build relationships with local contractors and fleet managers

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service, service coordination, or equipment service

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Mechanical aptitude (power equipment, automotive, construction preferred)

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills for service records/orders
