Key Responsibilities
Act as primary customer contact for service, repairs, parts, and equipment needs
Schedule repairs with technicians and provide timely updates on timelines/status
Troubleshoot equipment issues; recommend services, parts, or replacements
Oversee service counter, technicians, inventory, and work orders
Drive retail sales of parts, detergents, and equipment
Maintain organized showroom/service area and accurate records
Build relationships with local contractors and fleet managers
Requirements
3+ years in customer service, service coordination, or equipment service
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Mechanical aptitude (power equipment, automotive, construction preferred)
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic computer skills for service records/orders
